The Identity Trap Runners Face #264

Both hosts are battling named storms this week as they try to keep their training on track. At this time of year, the treadmill really does become your best mate, and with races being cancelled left, right and centre, plenty of runners have had their plans disrupted too.

Russell and Gary help a listener who's struck gold with a place in the 2027 Lakeland 100. Even more exciting, it'll be her very first 100-miler.

We've also got the Jedburgh 3 Peaks, some sunny Spanish running and cross-country feature over on Strava. It's seriously inspiring to see so many of you getting out there and putting the work in, even when the weather is absolutely minging.

To round off the show, Eddie goes deep as we chat about how we cope when running isn't going to plan and things aren't quite working out the way we'd hoped.
