Amanda Vestri joined Laura Thweatt and Lindsey Hein for the Chat with a Pro series on Relay podcast this week!
If you paid attention to the Mini 10K this weekend, you saw that she placed 4th and finished as the first American woman in the field. In this episode Laura actually gives her some key advice for that race!She ran at Iowa State and Syracuse runs with Zap Fitness and had a stellar season on the track this spring.
