🚨 SKATE DRILL🚨
We teach skate drill to help swimmers understand the motion of going forward on their breath, rather than go up and down. By setting up with a light scull and smooth dolphin kick, time your pull through with a down kick and launch yourself forward - keeping your chin close to surface of the water. Think about keeping your elbows high in the water and pushing past the elbows.
