Why Your Punch Shots Keep Starting RIGHT
Keep the session moving with another watch from the same channel.
I retired from tournament golf with an average clubhead speed of 113 mph.
Since then, with minimal practice, I hit a new PB of 131 mph and a ball speed of 192 mph.
I haven’t got more flexible. I haven’t got stronger. The only thing that changed is my understanding of what actually creates speed in the golf swing.
✅ Most golfers chase speed through gym work and extra reps
✅ The real gains were sitting in technique the whole time
✅ Small mechanical changes added more speed than years of physical training ever could
Comment ‘BOOM’ below and I’ll share some of the changes I made.
