On this episode, Chris had friend of the pod Corbin Harris on to do the weekend recap episode - and what a weekend it was! We started off chatting about the recent Diamond League results, where Yared Nuguse and Cooper Lutkenhaus have been impressing. We also touched on the USATF Grand Prix, where we learned Cole Hocker had been dealing with injury and Parker Valby impressed in the 5k!

Finally - we spent a lot of time recapping the distance events at the NCAA Outdoor track championships. The 5k-10k events were dominated by East African athletes, and Simeon Birnbaum looked amazing in the men’s 1500 - we talked about his future potential.
