Very happy to welcome Caro Wilson for a new episode, she is an ultra-runner based in Scotland who took on a 222km multi-stage race called Ultra X Tanzania, back in February. We deep dive into her journey from beginner to ultra-distance athlete, exploring the mindset shifts, challenges, friendships and breakthroughs that carried her through one of the toughest endurance events. She shares what it took to keep going when pushed to her limits, and how stepping into the unknown unlocked a whole new version of herself. This conversation is also about courage, self-belief, and is here to remind us that there is no expiration date on our dreams, or trying new things!
