So excited to welcome Naomi Lang to the podcast. She's a super talented mountain runner from Scotland, and a Salomon international athlete. She just finished second at UTMB's OCC, the 50k finals of the series, just three seconds behind first place! Naomi walks us through how she built up to this level and her longest race ever, and what it was like racing with such competitive athletes, and friends, in the final kilometres. She also tells us more about growing up with an outdoorsy family and friends, how that shaped her love of sport and the mountains, and how her path to becoming a pro for Salomon has felt like a series of gradual steps toward something she truly loves. Can't wait for you to listen to our chat!
