Gear up for a HIIT Pyramid today! Coach Rachael is taking you through this 45 minute run where you will sweat but crush this workout! The intervals will get longer as you go up the pyramid, and shorter as you go down it. Then we are finishing up with some good ol' regular HIIT segments. Let's get at it!

Workout Structure:
Warmup: 3 minutes
Pyramid Part 1 - Repeat 7 times
PYRAMID PUSH: 5.5 - 8.0 mph - Start at 1 min and increase by a minute until 4 min. Then decrease by a minute back to 1 min
PYRAMID BASE: 1 minute - 4.5 - 7.0 mph
Push HIIT Part 2 - Repeat 10 times
PUSH HIIT: 1 minutes - 6.0 - 9.0
RECOVER: 1 minute - 3.5 - 4.5 mph
Cooldown at the end!
