I SUCK at swimming.
My body doesn't know what it's doing.
My brain can't control my body efficiently to look as effortless and calm as everyone else gliding along. ee
and I feel really quite out of my depth and uncomfortable
AND there's ONE THING I suck at more than swimming, it's being ok with sucking at something but this is step 1, day 1, of working on that, and making some lemonade from the lemons of this injury and hopefully coming out the other side as a semi-competent swimmer
