I can't quite believe I get to say this... I'm a lululemon ambassador I'm so proud of the less traditional path I've taken to become the athlete 1 am today. I have big goals and I want to be the fastest version of myself, but running is about so much more than that. I want to bring people with me, I want to have fun along the way, and I want to inspire other runners of all backgrounds and walks of life to own and enjoy running their way too The only thing better than getting to live out that dream, is getting to do it with the support of a brand that truly gets it. I can't wait for this next chapter with lululemon in my corner for the next 3 years I've got a feeling the best is yet to come LOVE THE GRIND!

This one means a lot 🤍 Two years ago, I cold-emailed my dream brand and got a no. Fast forward to now, and I’m filming my first campaign with them… right in the middle of an injury comeback, nowhere near peak shape, and very much still figuring things out. Episode 2 in the countdown to track... 81 days till we run some speedy laps at the Oval Office Track racing is where I found my love for this sport as a kid and I am SO excited to get back to it in a few weeks time First go though... we need to get FIT! How to give a threshold sesh a go yourself: The key is finding the right threshold pace for you - it should feel like a 7-8/10 effort, and should be a pace you COULD hold if you had to for about 45-60 minutes - for a lot of people its their 10km race pace! Start with shorter reps of 3 to 5 minutes, keep the recoveries an honest easy jog for 60 to 90 seconds, and I always tell the athletes I coach, you want to feel like you COULD still do one or two more reps when you're done. #trackandfield #running #track #run
