Resistance cord starts #theraceclub

We are big fans here of resistance cord training. In this video, we see Riley incorporate an excellent Tandy start into a fast 25 attached to a resistance cord. This cord will increase tension the further down the pool she goes, until eventually coming to a stop! This helps build strength in the pool for faster races.
