The Core Workout That Changed My Running
I ran the last 10k of my marathon PB faster than the first 10k. And I genuinely think core work is a big reason why.
This is 12 minutes. No equipment. Just the fundamentals that help me hold my form in the final miles and stopped my back from hating me. We do it together, start to finish, warm up and cool down included.
Oh, and I promised I'd tell you what race this block is building towards if you made it to the end. So you're going to have to do the workout to find out. Love the grind 🤍
