Black Canyon 100k Training - Episode 3 Race Week

This is my training series getting ready for the Black Canyon 100k. In episode 1, I explained why I wanted to run a 100k. In episode 2, I explained how I’m preparing, and in this episode, I want to talk about how I picked Black Canyon. But also, this is training series, so I also want to talk about the one thing that I am most concerned about when I’m running in winter conditions as harsh as we’ve had - catching a cold.
