If your hands are crossing over the center of your head when they enter the water, you are throwing your body out of alignment and wasting massive amounts of time and energy!
To swim faster and more efficiently, you need to swim long and strong.
Here is how to fix your hand entry instantly:
The Sweet Spot: Stop reaching across your body! Your hands should enter the water directly in line with your shoulders.
11 and 1 o'clock: Imagine a clock face on the water in front of you. Your left hand should hit 11, and your right hand should hit 1.
Long & Strong: Once your hand enters the water, stretch fully forward and extend your reach before you initiate your pull.
Want to fix your technique with me in person? We are hosting an epic MySwimPro swim retreat in Turkey! πΉπ·βοΈ
