This is my current breakfast hyperfixation and it's honestly the perfect pre-training fuel, both in function AND in taste
Soaking your oats overnight are going to make them easier to digest so they're softer on our sometime fragile runners tummies
plenty of carbs - the energy source we NEED to get the
most out of ourselves and perform
a little protein (not too much, top up on that with soem
more carbs POST-run) for those growing muscles
and all the tasty things making it feel like desert for breakfast
