If your legs are feeling heavy, your technique might just need a little mindful reset! π

Let's look at two mindful adjustments to help you get the most out of your gear. π
Check your fin length - Long scuba fins give you a false sense of speed and drag your kick rhythm way down. Try switching to short training fins to build real leg power and a fast, realistic kick tempo.
Adjust your timing - Fins are meant to gently assist your technique, not do all the work for you. Try saving them for after your warmup so your muscles learn to properly engage and work on their own first.
Technique comes before speed. Mindfully work these tweaks into your next kick set, and always swim with a smile! π
