Cutting your stroke short at the end of your pull leaves massive speed on the table.
The Catch: Set up an Early Vertical Forearm (EVF) immediately after your hand enters the water to grab the water.
The Power Phase: Actively pull and drive that massive surface area backward beneath your body.
The Follow-Through: Do not forget this final step! Push the water all the way past your hips, finishing with a strong tricep extension to maximize your distance per stroke.
