From discovering athletics as a kid and favourite early memories, to managing nerves, overcoming setbacks and finding a way forward after disappointment, the conversation explores the lessons that stay with athletes long after the result itself.

It’s also a chance for the next generation to hear directly from those who have been there before and understand that progress in sport isn’t always a straight line.
