For Tom Stone, athletics began with family, Saturday mornings and simply having fun.

In ‘When I Was Their Age’, Tom looks back on his early years in Little A’s, the experience that knocked his confidence as a young high jumper and the journey that eventually brought him back to athletics through decathlon.

Now, it’s the process, the challenge and the opportunity to see what his body is capable of that continue to drive him.
