75: Emily Schmitz on Her 2026 UTMB Podium

So excited to welcome Emily Schmitz to the podcast. She's a pro trail runner who most recently finished third at UTMB, one of the most prestigious and competitive mountain ultramarathons in the world. She found her love for the mountains and trail running in Colombia, and now calls Chamonix home. She told us it was surreal to cross that finish line knowing she was on the podium, and we deep dive into the race itself, what went well, and things that made the difference.
