Meghan Angley Joins to Discuss the Colorado Avalanche Hot Start and the Colorado Eagles!

Colorado Avalanche flex their scoring power with back-to-back wins, igniting hopes for another dominant season. Is depth scoring now their new x-factor? Chris Micieli, Megan Angley, and Zach Pearson examine Artturi Lehkonen’s relentless forechecking, TJ Hughes’ fast-growing role, and Mackenzie Blackwood’s intensity in net as the Avalanche look sharp out of the gate despite running just 11 forwards and new power play tweaks.

Key conversations focus on the emergence of players like Parker Kelly and Nick Roy, early defensive improvements, and how upcoming reinforcements like Logan O’Connor and Zachary L'Heureux could affect line combinations. Megan provides exclusive insights on the Colorado Eagles’ youth movement, including Ilya Nabokov’s path in goal and the impact of AHL roster turnover on NHL dreams. Will the Avalanche’s explosive offense keep rolling—and can their next-gen prospects seize their shot at the NHL spotlight?
