Episode Notes

Visit lisrunning.com to be coached by us!

On this episode, we had special guest Gabby Hentemann on the podcast! Gabby has one of the best Instagram accounts in the running space in our opinion, with a mix of serious training + hilarious running content.

She just came off Grandma’s Marathon where she was leading early but dealt with some cramping after mile 18. After running 140 mile weeks in the TX heat, we think she is due for a breakout race very soon!

Make sure you follow Gabby on Instagram linked below, enjoy!
