DYLAN LARKIN trade is worth an overpayment by the Buffalo Sabres

The Dylan Larkin trade saga is heating up in Detroit, with Larkin now being sat out of the lineup in order to protect his health for an upcoming deal. It's close to happening. The Buffalo Sabres have reportedly been pushing to get into the mix and have the ability to make as an attractive an offer to the Red Wings as anybody. However, it's going to cost a lot more than it would've cost for Connor Hellebuyck.

If Larkin becomes a Sabre, it will likely cost Konsta Helenius and more. The issue is, will Larkin waive his no movement clause for Buffalo? The Sabres, Canadiens, Blues, and Bruins are all pushing to get him to say yes.

Plus, a preview of Sabres-Ducks, featuring another West Coast team that struggles defensively.
