Josh Norris + Ryan McLeod have been a DISASTER for the Buffalo Sabres this season

The Buffalo Sabres have a few veteran forwards that are totally dropping the ball this season. Both Josh Norris and Ryan McLeod continue to struggle and last night in the loss to Ottawa, McLeod was at fault for the game's tying goal, and the line got benched in the final minutes in favor of the fourth line. You can include Josh Doan as another vet that is really letting the team down, but it's especially bad with Norris and McLeod. Norris is invisible in most games and the buyout conversation should probably be starting for after this season. McLeod is not only not producing offensively, but is making huge defensive mistakes all the time. Which of the two is more likely to get going?

Plus, Colten Ellis' performance again makes the case that he should be in the goalie rotation, even when Alex Lyon comes back, setting up another opportunity for Sneaky Joe's 'Make-It-Take-It' goalie strategy with the trio. And why losing games in the Atlantic Division are going to be so critical by the end of the season in the standings.
