On this week's show, we attempt our first ever remote 'on the run' interview, speaking to Jerry Carey. Jerry's story is a tough one - from abuse and care homes in her childhood to teenage drug and alcohol misuse ending in her falling into an abusive and controlling relationship in her twenties. But Jerry was put in touch with the Running Charity, and running and exercise helped her change her future and build a new l
