#218 Joseph Whelan - Running a Solo 2:09 Marathon Going for the Win at CIM

On this episode, the boys had Joey Whelan back on the pod after his epic run at CIM! He did what he said he would do and went for the win, going solo from pretty much the start of the race! He had a gap of over 80 seconds at one point from the chase group.

He made it to about 800m to go when he was passed but held on for 2nd place and a huge 3 minute PR, running 2:09! He broke down the entire race for us on this podcast and previewed what's next for him, including maybe a shoe deal??
