On this episode, the boys had our good friend Chris Sadler join us to do some banter! A lot of this episode was focused on the Last Soul Ultra in Germany over the last week. We were definitely amazed by Mark Dowdle's mental fortitude but also loved how funny he was throughout the event. The live stream/media around the event was unbelievable - well done to Kim and the Rappid team!

We also chatted about our training, our thoughts on barefoot running, some funny stuff in the comments over the last week, and what we are definitely not doing after Berlin Marathon (lol).
