Episode Notes

In triathlon, where long hours of training are glamourised, and often required, we are at a high risk of overtraining. This can result in our training going backwards, poor performance, and even long term health ramifications.

In this week's episode I take a look at how we can avoid this, as well as how to try to dig yourself out of this hole if this is where you find yourself.

While I touch on a number of health conditions in this episode, nothing presented here should be taken as medical advice.
