A 5,000m runner's favourite workout 🏃

ASICS athlete, Sarah Lahti, will be competing for Sweden in the 5,000m at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo. We caught up with her at the Chojo Camp in Font Romeu, training at 1,700m altitude 😮‍💨 Look out for her on the start line this week!
