Lots of mobility, lots of weird-but-effective exercises that give me some odd looks in the gym and a whole lot of core and hip work to fix movement patterns that are my risk areas for injuries in the first place.

"please let me stop drowning" challenge, where we were isolating breathing, arm stroke, and actually learning how to swim properly.... and annoyingly... I'm enjoying it (dammit), but isn't growth
