Three sculls into one stroke using a dolphin kick in the back is a great way to feel the rhythmic flow, increasing the width of your scull on each rep before powering into one strong stroke.
Transitioning into three scull three strokes with a tempo trainer set at 55 makes it easy to feel the tempo on the sculls and carry that into the three strokes. Keeping the tempo trainer in finish it off with a couple 25's at 55 stroke rate and you are setup for your 100 breast.
