Realizing the gap between him and Tiger wasn't mechanics but what was happening between his ears led him into coaching, then a full degree in psychology, then a master's in sports psych. Twenty years later he's worked as lead psychologist for England Golf, England Rugby, Aston Martin F1, six Premier League clubs, and over 50 college soccer programs here in the States.
