Fix your freestyle immediately with this one drill! πββοΈ

When you sweep your arms too wide during your pullout, you are creating drag and instantly killing your speed. To maximize your momentum off the wall, you have to keep your arms tight and in line with your body!
Here is how to maximize your underwater speed:
Tight & Streamlined: Keep your arms close to your body as you pull down, rather than letting them flare out wide.
The Double EVF: You want to initiate two Early Vertical Forearms at the exact same time. Think of it just like taking two powerful freestyle strokes simultaneously!
Massive Leverage: Catching the water with this high-elbow position gives you massive leverage to shoot forward underwater and carry your speed right into your breakout.
