The Arc of Attrition in Cornwall is a trail race that’s incredibly close to my heart. I was lucky enough to stand on the very first start line with just 55 other runners, and it’s been amazing to watch the race grow over the last 10 years into one of the biggest and toughest ultra trail races in the UK. Now part of the UTMB World Series, the Arc of Attrition has become a true bucket-list event for trail and ultra runners. We’ve shared plenty of Arc of Attrition race content on the channel over the years, but this time we wanted to do something different. In this video, we take you behind the scenes to show what it really takes to put on a race of this scale, offering a rare look at the organisation, logistics, and effort required to deliver one of the UK’s most iconic ultra trail running events.
