Saucony Endorphin Pro 5 review - first run and first impressions. Back on the roads for today’s first impressions review as I lace up the latest carbon-plated racer from Saucony, the Endorphin Pro 5.

I’ve been a big fan of the Endorphin lineup since day one, but for me, the previous Endorphin Pro 4 lost a little of that race-day magic. It felt more like a fast training shoe than a true all-out racer.

With several updates to the design and ride this time around, I’m hoping the Endorphin Pro 5 brings back the speed, excitement, and performance that made earlier versions so popular with runners chasing PBs and marathon goals.

In this video, I take the Saucony Endorphin Pro 5 out for its very first run to share my early thoughts on the fit, comfort, ride feel, stability, and overall performance. Could this be one of the best carbon-plated running shoes of the year? Let’s find out!
