In this episode, I take you inside my box altitude setup and explain the philosophy behind “sleep high, train lower,” why altitude matters, and how it’s become an important part of my preparation for Project 222.
Alongside that, it’s back to the work. An 8-mile tempo run, one of the key sessions of the week. Nothing flashy, just controlled, uninterrupted running that continues to build the engine needed to chase a world record.
With only two weeks until London, the hard work is done. Now it’s about trusting the process, sharpening every detail, and arriving ready.
