Catch down, not in
Head too deep = harder breathing
Stop trying to “roll” your body. Rotate by pivoting as you reach forward.
Should they?
Water over the knuckles = right depth. Hand drops below the shoulder = too deep.
Hand exits early instead of pushing past the upper thigh. That cuts off the last part of propulsion.
Effort alone doesnt equal speed.
