Taking a look at your technique underwater is one of the best ways to spot flaws in your strokes.

Here at The Race Club we offer a video analysis service where we get underwater as well as overwater footage of all four of your strokes, your open turns, flip turns, underwaters, and breaststroke pullouts, compiling them into one cohesive video. One of our professional coaches voiceover the video and breakdown exactly what they like that you are doing, and what needs some work. Often swimmers don't realize the mistakes they are making in the water until they see the underwater shot which can be very revealing.
