This isn’t a race. It’s a fitness check. In this training-day vlog, I take you inside a key session two weeks before Millrose. This workout is designed to simulate my 2-mile WORLD RECORD pace. With 16 days to go, this is the point where we can afford to push and see what happens. This was my 3rd workout back on the track, so the question is simple: am I back to full fitness?
