Stop looking up at the wall on your flip turns! 🔄
Lifting your head right before you turn is one of the biggest momentum killers in swimming.
Here is why looking up is slowing you down—and how to fix it:
The Problem: When you lift your head to look for the wall, your hips immediately drop underwater, creating massive drag and killing your forward speed right before you rotate.
Trust the “T”: Use the black T line on the bottom of the pool! It is designed to tell you exactly where the wall is so you never have to look up.
Keep It Down: Keep your head neutral and eyes focused down as you initiate your final stroke straight into your flip.
Want to master every single step of your flip turn and carry maximum speed off the wall?
