Russell Westbrook's Dangerous Push Could Have Ended a Career - Why Players Must Learn Control

This is exactly why I've been preaching about dangerous plays for years. Westbrook's mid-air push on AJ Mitchell could have been catastrophic - we're talking potential paralysis if he hits that stanchion wrong. Same with Gillespie's play. Players get embarrassed after turnovers and make reckless decisions trying to "erase" their mistake. You cannot push someone already airborne. Period. This should be taught in middle school - these split-second reactions can end careers or worse. The game isn't worth someone's life.
