Are we hydrating properly? Tom and Sarah put their bodies to the test to uncover the truth about hydration and reveal what many runners might be getting wrong.

Supported by SiS, we’ve come to Loughborough University where Tom and Sarah take on a brutal sweat test in an environmental chamber to measure how much they sweat, to look at how dehydrated we get when we’re running, how much sodium we lose when we run, how it might impact your performance and what you should do (or not do) about it. And ultimately answer the question of when do we actually need electrolytes?
