Back in August 2024 we travelled to Chamonix, France, where Liga took on her biggest challenge yet – the legendary CCC at UTMB. This iconic mountain ultra marathon starts in Courmayeur, Italy, and covers 100km of technical alpine trails with 6,100m of elevation gain before finishing under the world-famous UTMB arch in the heart of Chamonix. Runners have 26.5 hours to complete the course, but with steep climbs, long descents, and unpredictable mountain conditions, the CCC is a race not to be underestimated. Liga trained hard in the Chamonix valley to prepare for this epic ultra marathon, but would it be enough to conquer 100km of mountains and 6,100m of vertical gain?
