Are the New York Mets Better WITH or WITHOUT Bo Bichette?! | Is He the BRIDGE to Jefferson Rojas?

New York Mets face uncertainty as Bo Bichette's contract opt-out looms.

Will the Mets' infield be stronger with Bichette at third, or is it time to move on?

Ryan Finkelstein breaks down Bichette’s decision, analyzing contract details, financial incentives, and Bichette’s performance drop since joining New York.

The discussion highlights Bichette’s durability, comparisons to potential replacements like Brett Baty, and the limited strength of this season’s third base free agent market.

Key topics include the ripple effects on the Mets’ infield depth—should Bichette leave—and potential options such as Marcus Semien, Ronny Mauricio, and emerging prospect Jefferson Rojas.

Finkelstein examines the strategic impact of keeping Bichette, exploring future possibilities for a bounce-back season and the club's pursuit of playoff contention.

The episode raises crucial questions: Can the Mets afford to lose their everyday third baseman, or is Bichette the key bridge to the next generation of talent?
