On this weeks Handoff segment are all sports just a game of inches? And what is the hardest workout in track and field!? 

Clayton is competing in the Grand Blue Mile USATF 1 Mile Wednesday and then again on the track Saturday. Devon is competing in the 110 hurdles. The boys talk about their mindsets going into the weekend and they look to gain from their openers.
