Dave, Sean, Cal and Katie speak to Laura Coucill. A Salford Harrier who was 2nd lady in the Tour Of Tameside last year, 1st Lady at Alan Kirk Memorial Lads Leap, and has represented England at the Yorkshire Marathon in 2021. Laura talks about choice of gloves/mittens, as well as goals for the coming year.

Laura also discusses how moving to Salford Harriers has helped her, and how structure is key, as well as wanting to be as consistent as Sean with his training.

The team discuss recent training with Dave's and Katie's injury update (soon becoming Local Injured Runners Podcast) as well as Sean's race at Podium with Wrexham Elite in mind, and Cal's Wilmslow 10k with a different choice of shoes which didn't give him a PB for a change this year.
