In this episode of the Tribe of Runners Podcast, I’m sharing a little more of what has been going on behind the scenes. Dealing with burnout, injury, life chaos… and trying to find my way back to running.

This isn’t some big, perfect comeback.It’s a rebuild.

I talk through how I’ve been navigating training while life has been heavy, what self-coaching has looked like during this time, and how I’m learning to balance stress, recovery, and running in a way that actually feels sustainable.

We get into:

  • What burnout and injury really looked like for me
  • How I’ve adjusted my training (and expectations)
  • Building back mileage and vert without breaking down again
  • Why strength training has become non-negotiable
  • The mindset shifts that are helping me stay consistent
  • Learning to listen to my body instead of fighting it

This episode is for anyone who feels like they’re not where they “should” be. Whether that’s in running or life.
