Andy and Sarah are joined by sports psychiatrist Dr. Amit Mistry, who works closely with ASICS in their caregiver programme, supporting elite athletes facing both physical and mental health challenges.

They discuss the struggles Andy experienced as a professional athlete and how programmes like ASICS’ now provide much better support for athletes. Sarah also shares her fears and mental hurdles ahead of the Rotterdam Marathon, where she’ll be aiming for a personal best, and explores how listeners can apply practical techniques and coping strategies in their own lives.
