Episode 50 - Ambassador Takeover

The original hosts have been given the boot and the Local Runners Podcast Ambassadors have taken over. Hayley Simpson, Michael Harris, Emilia Platt, Fraser MacDonald Oulds, Martha Tibbot, and Joe Bailey take over and do the usual announcements along with race reviews.

The ambassadors introduce themselves and let us know what they are training for. They then discuss their why for running, how obsessed they are with racing, a review of Altra Lone Peak 7, as well as their sporting inspirations and the best things about their clubs.
