We’ll find out if this is rock bottom for the Phillies.
They just got swept by the Braves. They’ve lost five in a row, 10 out of 13 and just finished their worst nine-game homestand in almost 17 years. They have the worst run differential in baseball, too. Yes, it’s even worse than the Mets, who have lost 11 in a row. The Phillies are hoping it’s just a bad start, but maybe it’s more than that.
We discuss the homestand, Zack Wheeler’s return. Taijuan Walker’s spot on the roster and more.
It’s “Best Week” by Manco & Manco Pizza! Manco’s is the Best of the Best, and every week throughout the season we pick our best Phillies players, performances and moments of the week.
